We're actively seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Business Development Manager. You might be the ideal candidate for this role if you possess a natural flair for cultivating relationships, exceptional communication skills, and a strategic mindset.
Advantageous experience in any of the following areas will be highly valued: Software Development, Data Analysis, Research, Service Design, VFX (Visual Effects), the Gaming Industry, the Automotive Industry, and the Music Industry.
What will be your responsibilities?
- Analyze and map the market from the perspective of potential customers, including industries outside the automotive industry
- Keep up to date with current design and HMI trends
- Customer relationship management
- Reaching out to clients and closing new contracts
- Work closely with our designers
What you should have:
- Excellent communication skills in English and charisma.
- Self-responsibility and drive.
- LinkedIn profile and knowledge of Sales Navigator features.
- Experience with CRM for better organization.
- Passport to travel globally.
- Valid driving license.

Talent Visionary – You like to design the newest trendy conceptions and you come up with the new features and improvements. You will lead the workshops.
Talent Performance – You have technological thinking, you like order, building design systems and precision. You love organization and you are detail oriented. You will design wireframes, information architecture and you will prepare outcomes for developers.
Talent Design exploration – You enjoy creating beautiful things and you can see things, which other can not. You love to explore designs and you are never satisfied with the first draft. You will deal with esthetics and usability.
Talent Research – You are excellent in writing in Czech and English and you have analytical thinking. You understand user needs and you can find out and describe what they want.
